Should a defect occur during this guarantee period, please give or send the goods to your Voigtländer store with proof of purchase and a brief description of the defect.

It is at RINGFOTO‘s discretion whether, in the event of a warranty claim, repairs are carried out free of charge by an authorized workshop, or the defective goods are replaced with a new lens.

In addition your Voigtlander guarantee, you will also have your full statutory guarantee rights against the dealer where you purchased the lense.

These warranty conditions apply only to purchases from dealers based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Greece, Slovakia, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Portugal and Luxembourg.
